by Online Shopper, Dec 04, 2009 My order has was showing free shipping. Next day got a call from rep stating that they had an error in calculating the shipping and wanted to charge me $500+ for shipping. I said no, and asked them to honor online price. After that they canceled order.

by Online Shopper, Nov 30, 2009 I expected customer service to take care of obtaining a missing part for me. I was referred instead to the manufacturer and was told that this was covered under warranty; the manufacturer has promised free, speedy delivery.

by Online Shopper, Nov 18, 2009 My sink bowl was cracked...the item is backordered. I'm need to take a photo and send it to you.It will take 90 days to resolve the issue thru FED EX! My kitchen is being built & I need it for granite templating. What a disaster. Not good.
