by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 2 boxes of PictureMate ink that I ordered looked as if the staff played field hocky with them. The packing box only had one piece of padding My order rattled around like two marbles in a tin box. If the ink cartriges are damaged I will return them.

by Online Shopper, Dec 05, 2009 I am very happy with their service. I do have a question. My HP printer does not display ink level for either of the two cartridges that I purchased. Is this normal for remanufactured cartridges? They both print fine.

by Online Shopper, Dec 04, 2009 A nightmare. Horrible experience. From now on I go to Staples or Office Depot. My first customer service rep, in INDIA, has an accept so thick I could not understand a word she said. The next, her supervisor, was not much better. A horror story.
