by Online Shopper, Dec 14, 2009 Although I was upset that the outfit did not fit well, I was even more upset that I was not given my initial shipping and handling fee back. Therefore you still got some of my money, and I got nothing. It was a waste of my money, time, and effort.

by Online Shopper, Oct 21, 2009 HSN has definitely improved on their delivery time. It used to be quite slow in comparison to other shopping channels , sometimes taking up to 2 weeks for delivery. I am very pleased with this improvement.
