by Online Shopper, Mar 18, 2010 Customer service was suppose to make a note to leave the bear unstuffed because I already purchased a recorder in the store so I could take to my son and let him record something special for his son before he left for Iraq. The bear arrived stuffed.

by Online Shopper, Mar 17, 2010 I was under the impression for every animal purchased, you received a free basket/candy. I received one basket with candy. I contacted CS, they informed me that because of my rewards, it lowered the total price. Now, explain that to two little girls.

by Online Shopper, Mar 13, 2010 I enjoy the comfort of being able to order from b.a.b. workshop online & from the comfort of my home. The closest b.a.b. workshop is 1 hour from where I live so the price I pay for shipping & handling is cheaper than the drive.
