by Online Shopper, Feb 15, 2010 Thanks for offering quality brand name products at deep discounts. I was pleased to buy a brand new blueray dvd for the price other sellers were offering reconditioned products. I live 500 miles from the nearest pc richards but still get great service

by Online Shopper, Feb 15, 2010 PC Richard & Son assumed since I was buying two of a product that I was going to resale the item so they canceled my order and said it was no longer in stock. While others who ordered after I did were able to get the product. That makes them liars.

by Online Shopper, Feb 14, 2010 I unfortunately did not receive the item because PC R&S had miscalculated their stock and ran out so my order was canceled. However, they gave me a 25% coupon to compensate for what happened, so I am glad that they did try to make the situation better!

by Online Shopper, Feb 14, 2010 I did not get my order. My order was cancelled even if I ordered it early. I am very disappointed. A back-order status would have been fine. Status on web site says my order is still being processed, but it has been cancelled.
