by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 Difficult tracking 3 days of transit not updated.Didn't see any statement requiring signature & that its required to have someone home all day. Resulted in late delivery due to reschedule.

by Online Shopper, Dec 07, 2009 Crutchfield sets the standard for quality products and service. My only concern was with the logistic company that handled delivery of the tv. Crutchfield resolved the problem quickly.

by Online Shopper, Dec 06, 2009 Crutchfield is typically more expensive than others but they had great deals on the equipment I wanted. Their product info is always great but others have caught up to them. I wish they'd publish their catalogs' tabulated product info on their website.
